Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

1. The service
ShootLink is a marketplace where photographers, models, cosplayers, makeup artists and verified organizations publish and apply to collaboration gigs, communicate, and sign lightweight electronic agreements. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts of minors are removed when discovered.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
ShootLink has zero tolerance for harassment, sexual coercion, hate speech, scams, content sexualizing minors, and any other objectionable content or abusive behavior. All user content is subject to automated and human moderation. We may hide, remove, or refuse to transmit content, and may warn, mute, suspend, or permanently ban accounts, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You can report any user, gig, or message in two taps, and block any member; blocked members cannot contact you or apply to your gigs. Repeated violations escalate automatically to muting and permanent bans.
4. Your content and license to us
You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant ShootLink a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, translate, and moderate your content solely to operate the service. Automated translations are provided for convenience; the original text prevails.
5. Payments between members happen off-platform
Compensation shown on gigs is informational. ShootLink does not process, hold, escrow, or guarantee any payment between members, and is not a party to member agreements — including contracts signed with our e-sign feature. Exercise your own judgment before paying anyone or accepting payment terms.
6. Electronic signatures
The in-app contract feature produces electronic records signed under the U.S. ESIGN Act, UETA, and applicable Canadian electronic commerce legislation. ShootLink provides the tooling and an integrity record (signature images, timestamps, account identifiers, and document hash) but does not provide legal advice and does not warrant the enforceability of any particular agreement.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
Optional subscriptions (Creator Pro, Business, Business Pro), gig promotion, and the verified badge are billed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel in your store account settings; store refund policies apply. Every safety feature — moderation, reporting, blocking, appeals — is free and never gated by any purchase.
8. Prohibited uses
- Soliciting sexual services, or conditioning work on sexual acts;
- Involving anyone under 18 in any shoot arrangement;
- Fraud, advance-fee schemes, fake checks, off-platform payment lures;
- Scraping, automated account creation, or reselling access;
- Circumventing moderation, blocks, or account penalties.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (7-day grace, then erasure and anonymization). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 4–6 and 10–12 survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not vet members beyond the verification badges shown, and we are not responsible for what happens at shoots. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShootLink disclaims all warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence remain unaffected.
